Taxpayers fund Thomas Whitley’s adulterous endeavors far and wide. Whitley redefines “strategic innovation” in 2023 when he listed his tour dates in his Feeld account. Feeld is an app in which adults can meet up with similar interests. This information was first discovered on X in this thread:
Whitley lists in his profile dates and locations in which either him or both he and his wife will be available. the dates listed in this profile are from 2023. The dates and locations were so familiar to us. We recently looked at expenditures for the city commission. We opened the city checkbook and started to cross check and sure enough, all the dates and locations Mr. Whitley listed were all in our City Checkbook as dates that Whitley was travel/training.
- Orlando, Fl 8/10-11 was also the Florida League of Cities Conference (found in online checkbook)
- Amelia Island, Fl 8/17-20 was also the Chamber of Commerce Conference (found in online checkbook)
- Austin Texas 9/29-10/5 was also the ICMA conference (found in online checkbook)

Whitley describes himself as “Let me make you Squirt.” His profile continues to describe how he and his wife “mostly play as a couple with other couples and singles.”
The Cost of Thomas Whitley’s Travels
The total cost of just these three trips is $3,600.87 of taxpayer money.
His wife, Pastor Trinity Whitley, is also listed on the profile with her age, availability, and their ENM (ethical Non-Monogamy) status disclosed to potential work-travel relationships.
There are countless stories of prominent people in communities believing what they are doing won’t come to light. Whitley and his wife thought they wouldn’t be recognized, even using “Holy Fuck” as their handle name. He published the dates he’d be traveling on taxpayer money for their adulterous endeavors.
Whitley was named the Director of Strategic Innovation for the City of Tallahassee in 2022. This was met with some backlash since he previously served as Mayor Dailey’s Aide. You can read more about the contention from his promotion in this Tallahassee Democrat article.
We’d like to think that we live in a city where accountability matters. Unfortunately, we look back on past actions of our city leaders. Whitley is a perfect representation of our local government… Believing one thing and doing something else. Complete Cognitive dissonance.

It’s funny that you have no problem with employees having sexual relations with their partners on these trips, but then pretend to be offended when that same employee does the same thing with a third party. You know these people aren’t “on the clock” the entire time they’re there. They have free time, and it should come as no surprise that the free time is sometimes used for sex.
It’s not about the sex as it is about soliciting sex on city taxpayer funded trips. Had he just gone on the trips and had sex without advertising it would be a non issue. But this calls into question his judgement. Did he attend the entire conference? Did he leave early? Did he charge room service to the city account? Did he attend networking activities after the conference (conference networking)?
Exactly. Who cares about the sex, they know that’s for vacation not “work trips”. His openness about his position at the City is disturbing. Huge lack of judgement there, I guess he was thinking with his dick
I read this article several times searching in vain for a connection between his personal activities and his job duties. I did not see any allegation that he missed required official meetings or conferences. Nor was there any assertion of dishonesty or lying. Therefore this article is merely a salacious personal attack under the guise of journalism. What sexual activities consenting adults decide to participate in is their business. Stop the muckraking.

More concerning is his wife is a pastor at a prominent Tallahassee church, Faith Presbyterian Church.
The fact that Thomas Whitley has not been dismissed speaks volumes on the fiscal irresponsibility, immorality and corruption under the leadership of The City of Tallahassee, City Manager Reese Goad, Mayor John Dailey, and City Commissioners Curtis Richardson and Dianne Williams-Cox.
He’s got a Master’s in Religion though. And he’s a man. Therefore. It is just normal, right?
I wonder if the Daileys indulge, cap city bank will be amazed
There are a lot of swingers in Tallahassee. I found out the hard way, my ex parter joined without my knowledge
This is absolutely nothing compared to what people like Julian Dozier have done to women at this town. Granted, it was not on taxpayer money. The point is that there is worse out there!
